The governing executive regulations describe the humanitarian Golden Residence for pioneers of humanitarian work who have outstanding and tangible contributions, based on a recommendation from the Ministry of Community Development in coordination with competent federal and local authorities.

Philanthropic donors in Dubai: IACAD's actual role
IACAD is an important Dubai authority for charitable and Islamic affairs. Its current 2026 activities include donor and mosque sponsors forums and official recognition of significant charitable contributors. For example, IACAD reported in June 2026 that it presented certificates of appreciation to donors and mosque sponsors in recognition of contributions to mosque projects and community initiatives.
Why the original “no minimum donation” claim was wrong
The original page said that there was no minimum donation amount and suggested that substantial contributions to selected campaigns could qualify for nomination. That is too vague for a legal eligibility page.
