Adult Applicant (Former Indian Citizen)
Eligibility Condition: You held an Indian passport or were eligible to become a citizen of India on or after Jan 26, 1950.

Simplified OCI Passport Update Rules (Age 20 Rule)
Under revised MHA guidelines, physical re-issuance of OCI cards every time a new foreign passport is issued is **no longer required**, except once after reaching 20 years of age.
Free Online Upload: When a new passport is issued after age 20, the OCI cardholder simply uploads a copy of their new passport and recent photograph on the official ociservices.gov.in portal free of cost.
