UAE Family Visa Sponsorship Guide

Evaluate your eligibility to sponsor your spouse, children, and parents in the UAE based on official MoHRE salary certificates and Ejari tenancy rules.

UAE Family Sponsorship Regulatory Framework

Regulated by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) and the GDRFA Dubai, expatriate residents holding a valid residence visa in the UAE can sponsor their family members (spouse, children, and parents) regardless of their job title, provided they meet the statutory minimum salary criteria and maintain a certified housing contract under Ejari Tenancy Rules.

Both male and female residents earning at least AED 4,000 per month (or AED 3,000 plus company-provided housing) are entitled to sponsor their spouse and children. In addition, mandatory health insurance coverage must be provided under DHA Health Insurance Laws to prevent automated fines.
