Humanitarian Contribution Evidence Is Missing
The humanitarian-pioneer route is contribution-based. A person cannot be treated as eligible merely because they work with People of Determination; qualifying humanitarian contribution and evidence are required.

The listed categories include members or employees of international and regional organisations, members or employees of civil associations and institutions of public interest, recipients of humanitarian merit awards, distinguished volunteers and financial supporters of humanitarian work.

Special-education teachers, therapists and caregivers
Serving People of Determination is socially important, and official organisations such as Zayed Higher Organization provide education, therapy, rehabilitation and related services. However, those facts do not themselves establish a standalone Golden Residency category. ZHO describes its role as providing services including special education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, vocational training and psychological support.
When a professional route may be more appropriate
A therapist or specialist may have a stronger application under a dedicated professional Golden Residency category if the person has the required accredited qualification, professional licence and other evidence.

Family benefits
The current ICP Golden Residency framework states that eligible Golden Residents can obtain residence permits for their spouse and children. This is a programme-level Golden Residency benefit rather than a special privilege attached to being a caregiver.
