Understanding Dubai Real Estate 10-Year Golden Visa Rules
Enacted under Cabinet Resolution No. 65 of 2022, the real estate route to the 10-Year UAE Golden Visa allows property investors to secure renewable 10-year residency without a local employment sponsor. Applications in Dubai are processed directly via the Dubai Land Department (DLD Cube) at the Royal Yamm Center or online.
Investors must own one or more properties with an aggregate valuation of at least AED 2,000,000 (AED 2 Million) as certified on official Title Deeds. Golden Visa holders are also permitted to sponsor their spouse, children of any age, and domestic staff under Domestic Helper Visa Rules.
