Tampines Eco Green is a 36.5-hectare ecological park with Diversity, Forest and Marsh trails covering about 3 km in total. Visitors can walk, observe wildlife and use bird hides, but cycling, camping, fishing and feeding or releasing animals are prohibited inside the park.

The future CR6 Tampines North station is part of Cross Island Line Phase 1. LTA currently targets CRL Phase 1 to open in 2030, so Tampines North is not yet an operating MRT station in August 2026.
