1. Student Pass Prerequisite
Child EnrolledChild must hold a valid Student's Pass issued by ICA enrolled in a Singapore kindergarten, primary, secondary, or international school.
2. Local Sponsor Requirement
Citizen / PR SponsorMust have a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 21 or above act as the local sponsor for the LTVP application.
3. One Guardian Per Family Rule
1 Guardian MaxICA allows only ONE guardian (either the mother OR grandmother) to hold an LTVP per student family.
4. Work Prohibition in Year 1
Year 2 EmploymentThe guardian is not allowed to work during the first year of residence. From Year 2 onwards, the guardian can apply for work authorization.
