How Approval Works

Important Rule

The existence of 19 fully participating economies does not mean every Singapore ABTC holder is automatically pre-cleared for all 19. The economies that have approved the individual applicant's pre-clearance are the economies for which the ABTC facility can be used.

Transitional Participants

Benefits

Displays the holder's ABTC digitally on a supported smart device.
Provides real-time information about ABTC status and pre-clearance changes.

Singapore Arrival Rules

Sg Arrival Card

Travellers entering Singapore must generally submit the SG Arrival Card within three days, including the day of arrival, before arrival. The SG Arrival Card submission is separate from the ABTC and does not function as a visa.
