OINP Regional Pilot Job Offer Requirements
To apply under the regional pilot, you must hold a job offer meeting standard OINP criteria and follow these location rules:
- Location of Employment: The job offer must be located physically inside one of the participating communities. Remote work does not qualify.
- Stream Eligibility: You must qualify under one of the existing OINP Employer Job Offer streams: Foreign Worker, International Student, or In-Demand Skills.
- Employer Registration: The employer must prove they actively operate their business within the pilot community boundaries and satisfy minimum revenue metrics.
