Unlike the Skilled streams which require professional degrees, the **In-Demand Skills Stream** opens pathways for construction, manufacturing, transport, and agricultural laborers. It helps temporary workers transition to permanent residency.

Applicant & Experience Requirements
To submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) under this stream, you must satisfy:
- Work Experience: You must have at least **9 months of cumulative, full-time work experience in Ontario** in the same in-demand occupation (same NOC code) as your job offer. This work experience must be gained within the 3 years prior to your application date.
- Valid Job Offer: You must hold a full-time, permanent job offer from an eligible Ontario employer. The wage must meet or exceed the **median wage** for that occupation in the specific region of Ontario.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum English or French language proficiency score of **CLB 4** or higher (e.g. IELTS 4.0).
- Education: Minimum high school equivalent credential (ECA verified if obtained outside of Canada).
