Investor and commercial-partner Green Residence

Current ICP's resident family service identifies spouse, unmarried daughters and sons under 25, with specific treatment for children with special needs; the governing residence framework also provides for the parents of Green Residence holders under the applicable conditions.

|---|---|
| Sponsorship | Green Residence holders may sponsor eligible family members subject to the applicable residence rules. |
| Financial solvency | Must be demonstrated under the applicable family-residence requirements. |

180-day grace period
Current ICP rules provide Green Residence holders and their family members with a grace period of up to 180 days after expiry or cancellation.
