Residency visa holders who undergo visa cancellation or expiry are granted official grace periods: standard employment visas receive 30 to 60 days, while holders of the 5-Year Green Visa and 10-Year Golden Visa receive up to 180 days (6 months) grace period to adjust status without fines.
