Visa-Exempt Re-entry Checker
Check if you can re-enter Canada from the U.S. using an expired TRV passport stamp.
Regulation 190(3)(f) IRPR Exemption:Foreign nationals holding valid study or work permits are exempt from the visa (TRV) requirement to re-enter Canada if they are returning from a visit **solely** to the United States or St. Pierre and Miquelon. This means you do not need an active visa sticker in your passport to cross the land border or board a commercial flight returning to Canada.
