Primary SINP Worker Pathways
The SINP processes candidates under three main Skilled Worker sub-streams:
- Employment Offer Stream: For skilled workers who hold an active, full-time job offer from a registered employer in Saskatchewan.
- SINP Express Entry: For candidates with active federal Express Entry profiles who wish to live and work in Saskatchewan.
- Occupations In-Demand: For highly skilled workers who do not have a job offer but hold professional credentials in one of the province's designated in-demand occupations.
General Eligibility & Points Assessment
Saskatchewan uses a unique **100-point Assessment Grid** to select candidates for draws:
- Minimum Grid Score: You must score at least **60 out of 100 points** on the SINP assessment grid to submit an EOI.
- Adaptability Connections: Points are heavily weighted toward candidates with close relatives in Saskatchewan, past study/work experience in the province, or an active job offer.
- Professional Licensure: Many in-demand occupations (like engineers, nurses, and IT managers) require registration with the Saskatchewan provincial regulatory board before the nomination can be approved.
