Understanding SAVE DMV Status Codes
When the DMV runs your visa details (I-94 or green card) in the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) portal, they may receive three types of responses:
1. Additional Verification

2. Case Under Review
What it means: The case is sent to USCIS supervisors for manual verification.

3. Resubmit Case
What it means: The DMV clerk made a typo when entering your document numbers.
Action Required: Go back to the DMV and ask them to verify that your name matches your passport *exactly* and that the I-94 number is typed without spaces.
